This was a very sunny and happy photo shoot that I was excited to do for Sam & Josh. They are expecting their first baby girl, Stella, on Christmas day! Their backyard (and neighbor’s backyard…) was a great location for these pictures. I love shooting in a place that’s familiar and comfortable to everyone. It makes the pictures come out that much more natural & relaxed.

We’ll be doing a newborn session once little Stella arrives, so stay tuned for that! It could be anyyyytime. I actually felt her move inside Sam’s belly & it was so cool 
(Also, I told Sam this, and now I’m telling my blog: the last 2 maternity shoots I’ve done, the babies were born exactly a week later. But Sam & Josh are ready, so no worries! )
